Attorney Dark lives his life according to a quote by Dr. Benjamin E. Mays: “Whatever you do, do it so well, that no man living, no man dead, and no man yet to be born, could ever do it any better than you!”

Professionally, Attorney Dark is a powerhouse—bringing an array of diversified life experiences, talent, and resources to any case he is involved in. Known for his direct and relatable approach, Attorney Dark has found success at trial and in motions practice largely due to a common sense approach and a deliberate methodology.

While he primarily practices criminal law, Attorney Dark is ever-evolving. His personal injury division has quickly become one of the best in the Atlanta area. Additionally, Attorney Dark continues to handle some other legal matters including employment law, domestic relations, contract disputes, and civil litigation.

An Atlanta native and proud Grady baby, Attorney Dark has a profound and deep love for the City of Atlanta. He began his undergraduate studies at Morehouse College and finished at Clayton State University. He is a graduate of the University Of Kansas School Of Law, and previously attended the University Of Georgia School Of Law as a Visiting Student. 

Attorney Dark proudly served in both the United States Army Reserve and as an Active Duty officer in the United States Marine Corps. 

He is a proud and engaged father of five children and an avid Georgia football fan. In his spare time, he loves to travel, run, and share his passions and faith with others.
